We can provide proof of concept testing, design validation and production validation testing, at both component and vehicle levels. We take responsibility for the validation, planning and execution of the project. We coordinate with 3rd party test houses (both in the UK and India), covering all of the logistics, rig and fixture design and defining test loads duty cycles and pass criteria. We will be physically present to observe and document the testing, and if the unexpected happens, we will provide full failure analysis. Our engineers are trained in professional report writing and will provide a full documentation of the testing.
Having developed many motorcycles for global markets, we have extensive knowledge and experience of the homologation requirements in these markets. We offer a homologation pre-check service where we appraise your design even at the CAD stage for regulation compliance.
As we are experienced 2W riders, we can give subjective assessments of vehicle performance to back up the data acquisitions and objective reports on vehicle level functional performance. Giving feedback and pointers on comfort, suspension performance handling and power delivery.
