With our experience in development testing, we can coordinate the design and manufacture of proof-of-concept mule bikes, and coordinate a validation plan. Alternatively we can provide you with a concept vehicle, which can be used as a showcase for investor briefings. Our concepts do not just exist on paper, we can make them a reality.
We have close ties to leading UK design houses. We are happy to project manage the styling development process if you wish to outsource the full product to include styling.

VALIDATION AND TESTING
We can provide proof of concept testing, design validation and production validation testing, at both component and vehicle levels. We take responsibility for the validation, planning and execution of the project. We coordinate with 3rd party test houses (both in the UK and India), covering all of the logistics, rig and fixture design and defining test loads duty cycles and pass criteria. We will be physically present to observe and document the testing, and if the unexpected happens, we will provide full failure analysis. Our engineers are trained in professional report writing and will provide a full documentation of the testing.
Having developed many motorcycles for global markets, we have extensive knowledge and experience of the homologation requirements in these markets. We offer a homologation pre-check service where we appraise your design even at the CAD stage for regulation compliance.
As we are experienced 2W riders, we can give subjective assessments of vehicle performance to back up the data acquisitions and objective reports on vehicle level functional performance. Giving feedback and pointers on comfort, suspension performance handling and power delivery.

We can take existing concepts through to production. This can include the supplier selection and negotiation phase, all the way up to the ISIR (initial sample inspection report) approval. Having an established team in India gives us experience of value focussed product design, and access to the Indian vendor base, unlocking the cost saving opportunities within. Even with manufacturing and component supply from higher cost economies, our value engineering solutions can still bring you savings, and ultimately a more profitable product.
